  1. Read your favorite book

  6. Step outside to get some fresh air (You can workout too)

  7. Meditate (Focus on heart rate and breathes)

  8. Make sure to eat (Take care of yourself-no skipping meals)

  9. Write, draw, paint, play music

  10. Light a candle

  11. Take a nap (at least 8 hours of sleep a night)

  12. Watch your favorite movie

  13. Apply a face mask and lotion onto skin

  14. Go to the beach (get away, take a vacation-you deserve it)

  15. Do what makes YOU happy

  16. Play with your pup or kitty

  17. Wash your face (exfoliate, cleanse, moisturize)

  18. Straighten and tighty your room/home (no messes)

  19. Do laundry
